In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR-aligned standards, p444 conducts KYC verification on all accounts. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport , driver's license, SSS/UMID card, or PhilSys ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended until verification is completed.
Your p444 account becomes active upon successful completion of the registration process and email or mobile number verification. p444 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your p444 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number or email address.
p444 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. All bets and transactions placed through your account prior to notification of unauthorised access will be considered valid.
p444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.
All account balances, transactions, and game results on the p444 Platform are displayed and settled in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). p444 does not operate multi-currency accounts.
p444 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus credits and free bet awards are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion.
Unclaimed bonuses and bonus credits that have not been wagered within the specified validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance without notice.

p444's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your p444 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
p444 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. p444 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, p444 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including real money funds and bonus credits, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where account closure is initiated by p444 for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
You may request closure of your p444 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable withdrawal verification requirements.

p444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, p444 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect from the date of publication on the Platform.
Your continued use of the p444 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.1.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between you and p444, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
For disputes relating to game outcomes or account transactions, p444's records shall be considered the primary source of evidence, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.
